From Now until the end of December 2021 we are offering customers who book and pay their deposit, 10% off the Tresaith and Aberporth Models of our luxury Garden Rooms!
The Tresaith model measures at approx 4 meters x 3 meters and the Aberporth measures approx 3 meters x 3 meters, and features all the following as standard:
- Insulation- 100mm SIPs panels. Walls and floor, roof 150mm Panels.
- White Interior walls.
- Choice laminated flooring Chestnut Oak,Dark Oak or Grey wash effect .
- Pre painted MDF skirting boards
- Electrics pack- 4 downlights led , 2x outside lights, 4x double sockets, fuse box, light switch, 2kw heater, all finished in white.
- Exterior- Composite cladding in a choice of 5 colours. Black guttering, EPDM Rubber Roof and black fascias.
- Easy Pad Foundation system.
- UPVC French doors including side panels 2.5m x 2m and a tall (non opening) window 1.6m x 0.5m, anthracite grey finish external, white finish internal
